The location was prime, and we could reach Mondo Bimbo Baby Store by walking. And the area was safe, close to train and city centre and historic sights, all the main points of interest and the restaurant.

We appreciated plentiful breakfasts!

The room was excellent quality & large with aircon, the bedroom, for instance. The staff there were caring and competent. The airport was 10 km away.

Hosts were attentive, ensuring a cute stay.

I faced issues with outdated facilities, disappointing. The breakfast options were rather limited. I had hoped for more variety. The room felt cramped at times, diminishing the overall comfort of our stay.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, the cute atmosphere was improved with the friendly staff who ensured we had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions while still being away from the busyness of the crowds.

Staff greeted us warmly at check-in and assisted with our luggage. The breakfast selection was extensive each morning, catering to various tastes. Our triple room was spacious and clean. The recommendations for attractions were spot on. It's also a pleasant 20-minute stroll to the main attractions, which allowed us to enjoy the scenery.

The decor felt a bit dated.

The staff are fantastic. They are happy and polite and very very helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is perfect...very convenient, less than 10 mins walk from the Duomo.

The breakfast was better than in other places we stayed in Italy, lobby was comfortable (there are a lot of books, games, DVDs available there).

Wi-Fi didn't work well enough in the room: we had to go to the lobby to get good speed.
